Model Number: PhG-100T3 Part Number: 31Q1039 INDCO's stainless steel PhG-series Tri-Clamp® Mount Gear-Drive Mixers with external mechanical seals are the clear choice for your most stringent sanitary mixing applications up to 10,000 liters.  Designed for the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries, the gear-driven design with 3" tri-clamp® agitates large volumes of low viscosity materials with minimal shear or can be configured for smaller volumes of more viscous materials.  The external dry-running mechanical seal is rated full vacuum to 200 psi and features EPDM USP Class VI elastomers.  The model PhG-100T3 mixer features a 1 Hp, 230/460V, 3-phase stainless steel Baldor motor coupled with a 10:1 ratio stainless steel gearbox.  Output speed is 175 rpm.  The mixer shaft is 1 1/2" diameter by 72" long with welded and polished 22", 3-blade hydrofoil impeller.  The seal housing, mounting flange and wetted parts are constructed of 316 stainless steel with a #4 buffed mirror finish.  Surface finishes as fine as 15Ra are available.  Documentation packages including drawings, parts lists, material certifications and certificates of conformance are provided.  Customizations can include variable speed controls (VFD's), alternate seal designs, electropolished wetted parts and multiple impeller options.  Impellers can be provided with set screws if preferred.    Please contact our engineers to assist with your application or for a quote on available options.
